Session Details
Do you do photo sessions all year round?
Yes! Every season offers something unique and special for photos.
What time of day do you plan sessions for?
Sessions are usually planned for early morning or late afternoon/evening, depending on the season. This lets us make the most of golden hour lighting for the best possible photos!
What happens if it rains or weather doesn't cooperate?
If weather doesn't cooperate on the day of, I'll reach out to discuss alternatives - such as rescheduling or choosing a different location. My goal is always the best possible outcome for your photos, and I will always be flexible where my schedule allows, however I make the final call on whether a weather-related reschedule is appropriate.
What's your rescheduling/cancellation policy?
Booking requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, which goes toward your session fee - including if you reschedule.
If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as you know. A 10% fee may apply to help cover the time that could have gone to another client. If you cancel, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
If I'm the one who needs to reschedule or cancel, no fee applies to you.
Are children allowed to participate in the sessions?
Absolutely! Humans of all ages are welcome to join in the photos.
Can I choose to purchase additional images later on?
Yes - you have up to 6 months after the session date to add additional photos to your gallery. Please reach out via email or the contact form if you would like me to re-open your proofing gallery for you!
For My Dog
Does my dog need to be off-leash?
Not at all! Your dog can stay safely on-leash throughout the session - I edit leashes out afterward, so your final photos look natural and leash-free.
My dog is reactive. Can we still do a session?
Yes! I'm happy to work with reactive dogs - we can plan around quieter times and locations, and do our best to avoid known triggers so your pup feels as comfortable as possible.
My dog has health considerations. Can we still do a session?
Absolutely! We can plan the session around your dog's needs - whether that means a shorter session, more breaks, a specific location, or a pace that keeps them comfortable throughout.
My dog doesn't always listen well - is that okay?
Yes! We can work around your dog's attention span and whatever training they know - often times, the best photos come from your dog just being candidly themselves.

Do you travel outside of Eastern Ontario?
Most of my sessions are based in Eastern Ontario, but I also frequent the Greater Toronto Area throughout the year. I'll post travel options as they come up, but feel free to reach out if you're hoping for me to travel to you; I'm always happy to chat about it! Travel fees, mileage, and accommodations may apply depending on the destination.
Do you photograph other pets as well?
Yes! I mainly photograph dogs but also offer sessions with horses, cats, and other pets that are part of your family. If you have a different pet in mind, feel free to ask before booking.
Do you do breeder shoots or commercial work?
